Join me, EcoJews of the Bay and lots of other
great folks at the JCC for one of the coolest Jewish
holidays of the year!

Sunday, Feb. 12, 6:30 pm (rsvp by 2/6)

Led by Rabbi Yoel Kahn, Director, Taube Center for
Jewish Life
Featuring Israeli and Jordanian speakers from the
Arava Institute for Environmental Studies

Celebrate Tu BShvat, the new year for trees, with a
seder: a ceremony with fruit, wine, song, teaching
and meditation. A celebration of Jewish
environmentalism and spirituality, the seder honors
the trees we see in our world and the Tree of Life
that upholds all the worlds. A light kosher meal and
symbolic foods will be served.

Co-sponsored with Jewish National Fund, the Arava
Institute for Environmental Studies, Tzavta of the
Israel Center, Congregations Sherith Israel and
Shaar Zahav, EcoJews of the Bay and San
Francisco Hillel
